Guidelines & service information for installation

1. ✔ Delivery normally takes a minimum of around 3 working days inside Kathmandu Valley.
2. ✔ Home delivery inside Kathmandu Valley will be done only till doorstep.
3. ✔ Customers are requested to do physical inspection before accepting delivery.
4. ✔ Same day delivery & installation is not possible as delivery and installation teams are different.
5. ✔ For installation, contact service center: +977-1-5268961 (NTC), 9805950020 (NCELL)
6. ✔ Complaint ID will be provided after registration. Technician visit takes approx. 3 working days.
7. ✔ Additional charges will be applicable where required.
8. ✔ TV wall bracket charges depend on type & capacity.
9. ✔ AC installation charge: NPR 4,000 – 10,000. Extra charges for brackets, drainage pipes & copper: NPR 550 – 1,000 per running feet.
10. ✔ Washing machine installation is FREE (plumbing must be arranged by customer).
11. ✔ Customers are advised to keep warranty card and VAT bill safely.
