Delivery Charges

AC GHAR / Electro-Ref Tech products and services are available inside and outside Kathmandu Valley. We offer free home delivery of big appliances inside Kathmandu Valley (ring road only).

• ✔ Outside Kathmandu Valley, delivery is provided only up to the transport/courier office.
• ✔ Customer must collect order from courier office by paying courier charges.

Payment Mode

• Cash on Delivery:
  Available only inside Kathmandu Valley. Payment is made after delivery at your doorstep.
• Credit / Debit Card:
  Secure 3D payment gateway allows worldwide ordering and delivery in Nepal.
• Mobile Wallet:
  Multiple secure mobile wallet payment options are available.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and is non-transferable.
• All repairs must be done by authorized service personnel only.
• Customer must bring product to nearest authorized service center.
• Warranty continues for remaining period after repairs are done.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to natural disasters, misuse, voltage fluctuation, or unauthorized repair.
• Replacement products may differ based on availability with mutual consent.
• The company is not responsible for pricing errors due to database issues.
